We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Renewal Manager to ensure customer retention, accurate license and device management, and seamless coordination with internal processes. This role is responsible for driving timely renewals, maintaining database accuracy, handling replacement requests, and supporting internal teams with renewal-related data. The Renewal Manager plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, improving renewal rates, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end renewal process.

**This is an entry-level/junior position**

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer renewals with clear communication and timely follow-up to ensure retention.
  • Process renewal orders and purchase requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal systems.
  • Maintain and update the customer and license database, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Handle replacement requests and update records to reflect accurate device status.
  • Provide responsive support to customer inquiries and internal requests related to renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align renewal processes with finance, operations, and customer success.
  • Keep internal playbooks and procedures up to date to reflect evolving practices.
  • Track and report on renewal performance, ensuring targets and service level agreements are met. and supporting applied use cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • An expert in Google Sheets – using the functions IF, Pivot, and Vlookup – is a must
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (Especially Spanish and Portuguese).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, organized, and a strong team player
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience as the owner of the full renewal cycle – an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field – an advantag
